In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise.

Access to 3svip and its Services is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. 3svip enforces a strict 21+ age policy. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. If we discover at any time that a Member is under the age of 21, the account will be suspended immediately, all Bonus Funds will be forfeited, and any real-money balance will be returned to the payment method used for the original deposit, subject to KYC verification.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming platforms of this nature is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing 3svip is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. You must not be acting under the direction of, or on behalf of, any third party.
• Account Limit: Each individual may hold only one (1) active 3svip account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, deposit restriction, or cooling-off period on any online gaming platform, including those imposed by 3svip's own Responsible Gaming tools.

To access real-money Services on 3svip, you must create a Member account. By completing the registration process, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

3.1 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and preferred bank account or e-wallet details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. 3svip strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, which is available to all Members from their account security settings page. You must notify 3svip immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. 3svip accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to maintain adequate security measures.

3.3 KYC Verification. 3svip reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, including at registration, before processing withdrawals, or at any other time at our discretion. Acceptable documents include a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or government-issued photo ID, accompanied by proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified in our request may result in withdrawal suspension until documents are provided and approved.

3.4 One Account Per Person. Only one account per natural person is permitted. Duplicate accounts — including accounts created under different names, email addresses, or phone numbers — will be treated as a breach of these terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances forfeit, at 3svip's absolute discretion.

3.5 Account Closure by Member. You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting 3svip support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any eligible real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 3svip accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in IDR via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. No foreign currency deposits are accepted. No currency conversion is applied.

4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits via e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited to your account within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and other supported banks) are credited within two to five minutes during normal operating hours. 3svip accepts no liability for delays caused by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published on the 3svip deposits page and may be updated from time to time. Maximum single-transaction and daily withdrawal limits vary by Member tier and payment channel. Diamond VIP Members enjoy the highest available withdrawal limits.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted before the daily cut-off time are processed the same business day. Average processing time is under three minutes for e-wallet withdrawals and three to ten minutes for bank transfers, subject to standard finance processing hours. 3svip does not charge a withdrawal fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.5 Payment Method Ownership. All deposit and withdrawal transactions must use payment methods registered in your own name. Transactions from or to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for account suspension and fund seizure pending investigation.

4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. 3svip maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies. We reserve the right to request supporting documentation for any deposit or withdrawal and to delay or refuse processing where we have reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering, fraud, or other illicit financial activity.

5.1 Eligibility for Bonuses. Promotional offers are available to eligible Members as specified in the individual promotion's terms. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to Indonesian-resident Members who have completed KYC verification, hold a single active account, and whose accounts are in good standing.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated as a "no-wagering" promotion, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots generally contribute 100%, while live casino and sportsbook markets may contribute at a lower rate as specified per promotion.

5.3 Bonus Expiry. All Bonus Funds and associated free spins expire within the time period stated in the relevant promotion (typically seven to thirty days from the date of award). Expired Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them will be removed from your account automatically without further notice.

5.4 Abuse and Exploitation. 3svip actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting low-risk bet strategies to satisfy wagering requirements, creating multiple accounts to claim new-player bonuses, coordinating with other players to abuse referral programs, and any other activity that 3svip determines in its reasonable judgment to constitute exploitation of its promotional offers. 3svip reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, withhold associated winnings, and suspend accounts where abuse is identified.

5.5 Seasonal Promotions. 3svip runs seasonal campaigns aligned with major Indonesian cultural events including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Imlek (Chinese New Year), and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). The specific terms of each seasonal promotion are published at the time of the campaign and take precedence over these general bonus terms where they conflict.

5.6 VIP Programme. 3svip's VIP programme comprises Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond tiers. Tier progression is based on qualifying deposit and wagering volume within a rolling period. 6.1 Game Integrity. All games available on 3svip use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. 6.2 Sportsbook Betting. 6.3 Togel Markets. Togel draw results for Singapore (SGP), Hong Kong (HKG), and Sydney (SYD) markets are sourced from the official draw operators and published in real time on the 3svip platform. Any discrepancy between the 3svip published result and the official draw result will be resolved in favor of the official source. 3svip bears no responsibility for delays in official draw publications.

6.4 Technical Malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or network interruption during a game or bet, 3svip reserves the right to void the affected game round or bet and return the staked amount to the Member's balance. No compensation beyond the original stake return will be offered for interrupted game sessions.

6.5 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply to all game types and are displayed within the relevant game lobby or betting interface. Stakes outside the permitted range will be rejected at the point of placement.

6.6 Responsible Betting. Members are encouraged to use 3svip's built-in deposit and wagering limit tools to manage their betting activity responsibly. These tools are available from the Member account settings page and take effect immediately upon activation.

3svip is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all Members. Gambling is intended as entertainment and should never be used as a method of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

7.1 Age Verification. 3svip enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years. We use a combination of registration-stage declarations, automated KYC cross-checks, and manual review to identify and exclude underage players. Any Member found to be under 21 years of age will have their account suspended immediately.

7.2 Self-Help Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Members directly from their account dashboard, effective immediately upon activation:

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3svip platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, incomplete, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other point of interaction with 3svip.
• Using automated bots, scripts, macros, or any software tool to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker, sportsbook markets, or tournament play.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds of illicit origin, structuring transactions to evade reporting thresholds, or using the 3svip platform as a vehicle for transferring funds between parties.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or misconfigured game settings to generate illegitimate winnings. Any winnings obtained via exploitation of technical errors are void and will be removed from the Member's account.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing any deposit transaction with your bank or e-wallet provider after the funds have been credited to your 3svip balance and used for wagering. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and legal action to recover the disputed amount.
• Using the platform from a jurisdiction in which accessing online gaming services is expressly prohibited by law, where it is the Member's responsibility to verify their local legal position.

All content on the 3svip platform — including but not limited to the 3svip brand name, logo, visual design, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, and audio — is the exclusive intellectual property of 3svip or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the platform or its content without 3svip's prior written consent.

11.2 3svip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profit, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

11.3 3svip does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful code. Planned maintenance windows will be announced in advance where reasonably practicable.

11.4 3svip accepts no liability for losses caused by events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to power failures, telecommunications disruptions, acts of God, government actions, or third-party service provider outages affecting payment processing or game delivery.

11.5 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit 3svip's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

3svip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — affecting Member rights, payment processing rules, or bonus eligibility — we will provide a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice by publishing the updated terms on the platform and, where practicable, notifying registered Members via email to the address on file.

Your continued use of the 3svip platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the amendment's effective date.
